Café & Gelateria

Cibus Café is located in NorthPark Center just below the AMC NorthPark 15 movie theater. It is a European inspired café with sleek modern lines, warm wood tones and imported Italian furnishings.

The café offers a variety of Italian inspired food for those on the go or taking a quick break with ready-to-eat paninis, salads, soups, quiche, pastas, pizzas and authentic Italian pastries. Enjoy Italian coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, shakeratos and machiatos, prepared by our expert baristas trained by Illy Café. Cibus is the ONLY café in Texas that bears the Illy certification of “artisti del gusto.”

Choose from over 23 of our award winning gelatos and sorbets made fresh daily at Cibus. These include classic gelato flavors such as Bacio, Tiramisu, Strachiatella & Dolce de Leche or refreshing sorbets such as blood orange, passion fruit, pear or mango. You can also be adventurous and choose one of our specialty cups such as spaghetti ice cream, liquor-infused affogatis or a Cibus banana split. These delicious gelatos and sorbets are also available to take home with you to enjoy.
