Cibus Restaurant, a hidden jewel located in the middle of NorthPark Center in Dallas, serves authentic Italian food inspired by Alberto Lombardi’s home region of Italy, Emiglia Romagna. The regional cuisine includes homemade specialty pastas, thin crust gourmet pizzas, garden fresh salads, seasonal antipasti, meat and seafood entrees and homemade Italian pastries, desserts and gelato.

Cibus is a full service Italian restaurant and bar that serves lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch. Cibus offers a relaxing dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating that includes a European style patio and lounge overlooking NorthPark Center’s sculpture garden. Also available is a private dining and conference room that can accommodate up to 16 guests.
